Indonesian for Non-Native Speakers Program
This program is designed to train the international students in order they can communicate actively in both written and spoken Indonesian. For this objective, it provides three levels of study as mentioned below.
BIPA 1 – Elementary Level
The elementary level aims at preparing the international students to be able to use Indonesian in general with emphasis on speaking ability of both formal and informal, writing simple sentences, and reading simple texts. Cultural awareness is also given to enhance the communication skills.
BIPA 2 – Intermediate Level
The intermediate level aims at preparing the international students to be able to use the different styles of spoken and written Indonesian. It also provides them to understand the Indonesian society and culture such as tradition, geography, and state.
BIPA 3 – Advanced Level
This level aims at preparing the international students to be able to participate in discussion and write topics related to Indonesian society and culture.
LENGTH OF STUDY
Each program has 64 hours of study. There are four meetings every week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), from 08.00 to 10.00 each day.

STUDENT ADMISSION PROCEDURES
The applicant must graduate from High School level or equivalent shown by their own diplomas and their English must be good.
Every applicant must have Socio Cultural Visa or Student Visa.
